EMULSA’s EMPLOYEES APP
EMULSA had the need to provide its employees, distributed in 12 workplaces within the municipality of Gijón, with a personal communication tool which could solve most of their needs both for the worker and for the company.
Vitesia and its product Nexodi have become the ideal solution, having brought about the change they expected in terms of communication between the organization and its employees. Moreover, Vitesia has integrated EMULSA’s payroll system into this application, so it has not meant any extra work for the organization.
EMULSA has now a mobile application for its employees and a management and administration backoffice with the following fundamental characteristics:
- Sending personal and group notifications.
- Management and sending of documentation to individuals or groups (including the payroll section, integrated with the current management system)
- Management and response of requests from employees.
