APP SOIB

Background:

The Balearic Islands Occupation Service (SOIB) detected the need to implement a mobile solution that offers its citizens some services and information which are available on various SEPE websites at both regional and national levels.

The solution:

Vitesia and myTrama are proposed as the ideal solution, since by using this product it is possible to reuse all the information and processes from different websites within the same application in a simple way and without any other additional developments

A mobile application has been developed with the following outstanding contents and services:
– Appointment request and video calls with the Labor Orientation Service
– 24×7 online counseling service
– View and enroll in job offers
– Pre-enrollment in training courses
– Consultation and renewal unemployment benefits
– Update of personal and professional data
– Contact with employment office

EMTUSA GIJÓN APP

Background:

The Municipal Transport Company of Gijón needed its citizens to have a mobile application which brings together all the information and services that EMTUSA has available in different systems.

The solution:

Vitesia was the ideal company to do this job. It is already an expert in software integration and multiplatform application development. Thus, in the application that has been created, data from EMTUSA’s private network and website, the open data service of Gijón City Council, and the payment gateway for recharging citizen and transport cards have been unified in a single application that improves the user experience and the service offered to citizens of the municipality.

The result:

A mobile application has been developed with the following outstanding contents and services

  • Route planner to reach a given destination.
  • Information and route of each of the lines and bus stops.
  • Information on arrival times of each line at each stop in real time.
  • Recharging of citizen and transport cards.
  • Alerts and alarms for the arrival of buses at stops of interest to the user.
  • Favourite stops for each user.

EMULSA’s EMPLOYEES APP

Background:

EMULSA had the need to provide its employees, distributed in 12 workplaces within the municipality of Gijón, with a personal communication tool which could solve most of their needs both for the worker and for the company.

The solution:

Vitesia and its product Nexodi have become the ideal solution, having brought about the change they expected in terms of communication between the organization and its employees. Moreover, Vitesia has integrated EMULSA’s payroll system into this application, so it has not meant any extra work for the organization.

The result:

EMULSA has now a mobile application for its employees and a management and administration backoffice with the following fundamental characteristics:

– Backoffice

  • Sending personal and group notifications.
  • Management and sending of documentation to individuals or groups (including the payroll section, integrated with the current management system)
  • Management and response of requests from employees.

– Employees’ APP

  • Receiving notifications from the organization.
  • Access to news and upcoming activities.
  • Access to personal and group documentation.
  • Alerts and reminders.
  • Sending requests to the organization, being able to follow their status at any time (request workflow)

All of the above with the total guarantee of safety, integrity and confidentiality of the communications and documentation sent.

UGT ASTURIAS AFFILIATE MEMBER APP

Background:

FeSP UGT Asturias needed a tool to help them improve communication with their members. They are spread all throughout the region and are difficult to reach without a tool from which to notify news, send documentation, resolutions, upcoming events or activities, etc.

The solution:

Vitesia and its product Nexodi have become the ideal solution, having brought about the change they were expecting in the way of communication between the organization and its affiliates.

The result:

FeSP UGT Asturias has now a mobile application for its affiliates and a management and administration backoffice with the following fundamental characteristics:

– Backoffice

CRIVENCAR GROUP EMPLOYEES APP

Background:

The Crivencar group (founded in 1981) currently has two main lines of action: one dedicated to food with the main objective of selling Asturian products; and another line of business in the catering industry, with several establishments within the region. They also have retail food centres, hotel centres and wholesale centres and support management for the rest of the centres.

The fact that their workers are scattered in several work centres made communications from the group’s management with their employees very difficult. Thus, they needed a solution that helped them to connect all the staff in one place, improving both communications and the employees’ sense of belonging to the company.

The solution:

Vitesia and its product Nexodi have given the Crivencar Group the breakthrough they were expecting. Employees can now directly and instantly receive on their mobile devices any news that the Group’s management wants to communicate in the form of notifications within a professional context. They receive personal documents and keep them organized within their application in a secure and private environment and there is also a calendar module where they can find the next events to be held. Integration with its payroll management system has also been carried out.

The result:

Background:

The Cantabrian Health Service provides its citizens with several services through the different corporate portals. Regarding the growing use of mobile devices, the SCS detected the need to transfer all these services to the mobile channel.

The solution:

Vitesia holds itself out as the ideal solution since it is a company with considerable expertise in software integration and multiplatform application development. It also counts on its product myTrama, which allows taking advantage of all the web information and processes to easily transfer them to any type of device. Apart from that, it integrates Alcatel’s Rainbow solution to incorporate the teleconsultation in the App.

THE PRINCIPALITY OF ASTURIAS MINISTRY OF HEALTH APP

Background:

Primary health care is the most demanded by citizens. The Ministry of Health of the Principality of Asturias has an electronic service that allows appointments to be made, being this service the most demanded among the ones offered by the corporate portal Asturias.es. In view of the growing use of mobile devices, the Regional Ministry detected the need to move this service to the mobile channel.

The solution:

Vitesia and myTrama are proposed as the ideal solution, since by using this product it is possible to reuse all the information and processes from different websites within the same application in a simple way and without any other additional developments, as it is the case of the aforementioned electronic service.

BARAKALDO CITY COUNCIL APP

Background:

The Barakaldo City Council has a large amount of information and services spread over various municipal websites. Its intention is to offer to its citizens all this information in a single place, so it thought about the possibility of creating a mobile application which brings together all that information. On the other hand, as a raising awareness measure and help against the problem of gender-based violence, it needed to create an application which integrated both the computer systems of the City Council and the Municipal Police, thus providing citizens with a tool to communicate directly with the police and having audio and video that could illustrate the problem in real time.

The solution:

Vitesia, an expert company in the creation of multi-platform applications and software integration, has proved to be the ideal solution for the City Council.

The result:

  • Corporate App of the City Council with a load of contents and services such as:
  • News updates from various websites
  • Unified municipal and Bilbao Exhibition Centre calendar.

TRAFIKOA AND EUSKALMET APPs (Basque Government)

 

Background:

The Basque Government had the need to implement a solution that allowed citizens to have access to the daily data they publish on their websites of the Basque Meteorological Agency and the Department of Safety in a more comfortable and efficient way and through any mobile device.

The solution:

Vitesia and myTrama are the ideal solution, since by using this product it is possible to reuse all the information and processes on those websites and show them simply and altogether within a mobile application.

The result:

Two mobile applications have been developed with the following outstanding contents:

– Trafikoa APP

  • State of traffic and incidents on public roads.
  • Real-time display of the cameras and speed cameras deployed throughout the road network.
  • Status of mountain passes and access to capital cities.
  • Private area for tracking vehicles carrying dangerous goods.

– Euskalmet APP

  • Current weather conditions and forecast by municipality.
  • Detailed forecast for the next few days.
  • Weather warnings, alerts and access to radar images.dar

AVILÉS’ CITY COUNCIL APP

Background:

The Aviles City Council provides citizens with a wide range of data and indicators that are scattered in various official websites. They allow the updated consultation of statistical data related to matters as diverse as demographics, education, employment, recruitment, active population, social protection, etc. This process was carried out manually by technicians from the City Council itself, which involved a large number of hours of daily work.

It was necessary to automate the previous process through a tool that allowed the extraction of data from various sources, so that they were permanently updated without the need for human intervention.

The solution:

Vitesia and its product myTrama turned out to be the ideal solution for the City Council. They now have a product license on their own servers that they use to allow  APIs users to consult various web data sources, promoting the use and reuse of data by companies and citizens in general. Having myTrama has meant a great cost saving for the City Council and has allowed their staff to be assigned to other tasks that they were not able to perform previously.

LAVIANA’S CITY COUNCIL APP

Background:

Laviana’s City Council wanted to have a new means of communication and tourist promotion which made available all the necessary information to citizens and visitors, so that they could really enjoy the Council.

The solution:

Vitesia and its product myTrama turned out to be the ideal solution for the City Council, as it allowed them to take advantage of contents already published on different websites and transform and adapt them to the requirements of a mobile device.

The result:

An application that allows citizens to consult information as diverse as the tourist routes to be taken in the council, information on hotels where to stay, restaurants, points of interest or local festivals and events.

Matchapp

Background:

Matchapp provides users with a mobile application in which they can consult official data on any non-professional football category in Spain

The solution:

Vitesia and its product myTrama have proved to be the ideal solution for Matchapp, since it allows to consult and get data to display in the application.

The result:

Matchapp has an application that shows data from all the existing categories in the Spanish football. The use of myTrama has allowed the growth of the application, being able to access and show data related to other sports such as basketball, volleyball or rugby, which has made it a multisport application with a great growth capacity. The number of active users who regularly use this application is around 500,000 and it currently has more than 1.3 million registered users.
